1. Did you ever think you would make it this far?

I had no idea what make it this far. You know, top 2 is already such a privilege to be here. You know, how many people… and just after each round, round after round, I was like: “Oh my gosh I can’t believe it. Oh my gosh I can’t believe it. Oh my gosh”. And now we’re here, top 2, it’s just unbelievable. You know, it’s… it’s like a dream. It’s just… it’s not happening really. It’s… ‘cause I’ve always watched, you know, the top twos. It’s like: “Wow”, you know, how much work they’ve put into that. You know, they must… they’re really talented, and they’re just… they must’ve put a lot of work into making it that far. And to know that I’m here and to see how much work… into this, it’s just… so… it’s… it’s hard but it’s just so worth it.

2. What do you think helped you get to the final 2?

That’s what I’m wondering. I was… It’s just… I can’t believe it. I’m always trying my best, you know … work really hard every week, every day. And, you know, sometimes it gets a little overwhelming, but it’s just… Now I’ve already had a great time doing all of this and uhm… I’ve always just wanted to make sure I did my best and to show people that I love this. It’s not really like: “No, I deserve to be here” or anything. It’s just to show, you know, I… this is what I love about music, and I’m just kinda show what music can do, like… what music is up for me, every step of the way because you know, it’s not always just like… you know, showing like: “Oh yeah, this is why I deserve to be here”. It’s just hopefully people think I’ve earned to be here, as they watch the work I put into each week and each song.

3. What was it like going back to your hometown?

Going home was so nice. It was just, you know, it was… it was difficult with how much was going on this week and how little of time we had, like… you know… doing …

And so it’s like… all my freetime was kinda little sucked up. But you know, I managed to find enough time, and you know, I guess it worked out ‘cause I had a great time on stage. You know, I didn’t really feel nervous ‘cause it’s like… you know, I’ve done this a lot before. And just… I’ve worked a lot this week, and just… you know, I’ve done it like…. I did it all I could and I’ve paid off ‘cause now I’m here, standing next to Cook is awesome. You know, it’s just really cool.

4. What do you say to all of your fans?

The fans have done so much for me. I can’t believe it, just all the letters that’s given, and all the little nice gifts they gave in. I’ve got a little like: care package, care basket, which was just like a bunch of like…

it was just really nice. And just to see what people have said how my singing has affected them, it’s just really cool ‘cause it’s like… I’m actually doing that for people. You know, I’ve always looked to certain artists and things, but you know, I’m so glad they had the songs that they sing it, because it’s just… they help me so much in my life. And to hear that, you know, the same story with people, because of me, it’s just… I can’t… it’s just like: “Wow, are you serious? I did that?” You know… I’m just… you know, I’m so glad I was able to do that for you ‘cause it’s like… this is why I’m here. And it’s… you know, it’s always about winning even though that’s just, that’ll be so… such a huge step. It’s… you know… it’s not always about that, just being here and talk to Cook deserves it so much. You know, it’s like… I would not mind at all coming second to this… this guy. It’s… it’s hard to believe that I’m here with him, just ‘cause I … so much throughout… you know… it’s the beginning top 24 when I first really met him.

5. Any big surprises for next week?

I’m not really sure what’s gonna happen next week. So I can’t tell you what’s might happen. It’s just… you know… so I’m trying to figure out what songs I’ll be able to sing, you know… how difficult… you know… some difficulties. I’m trying to get songs that I wanna sing. So I just try to see what will work out. And I’m sure Cook will give an amazing performance. I was… you know… that was more exciting… he doesn’t have… here… and that’s like… kinda front row seats or something. But, you know, I’m just giving… still trying to work as hard as I can and you know, I really think the fans, for those, you know, the voters out there, I just thank you so much for giving me this opportunity. Because of them that I’m here, and why I’ve won so much in music, and, you know, just hopefully I will do my best and that’ll be enough for them.
