Background information
: Aubrey got kicked out of Danity Kane ( a group including 5 young
ladies formed 4 years ago in a reality show called "Making the band 2"
by P.Diddy and MTV ) due to her "attitude", which has been quite
criticized widely. "I got love for Aubrey. I don't have any beef with
her. I just want to work with the young lady that I signed, not the
person that fame has made her", said P.Diddy, Aubrey's boss. Therefore,
in the finale of Making the band, people got the chance to hear "the
other side of the story" , what and how Aubrey defends for herself



Here' s what she said ( erhhh, I am trying to type as accurately as possible but making mistakes is unavoidable, so, ... :D )

I
want to be completely (honest) with you right now. I want to have nice
thing to tell yo to make you see what I really am, what my characters
are, but you know, I heard what press have said, the haters, and the
blog side, people that constantly call me a whore and say that I don't
present woman, ... because I'm real, because I say what I feel. (
People say ) that I'm disrespecting people as a woman. And I really
want to tell you the truth, that I'm so sick of having defended myself
as a woman. I really believe in myself and I really want to people to
get it so bad, and there comes the moment that I'm just so sick of
doing it ( defending herself) . And so I stop myself because I know it
is not about me, it is not people you see, ... or whatever. This is
about life, we are all living it and we are all trying our best
everyday. And I know how many people out there, people who criticize
you, criticize your jobs, your friends are calling you things, people
are telling you things something you are not. And we fight those
struggles everyday just to prove who you are. And I would rather to be hated for every damn day of my life for being real than loved for something I am not
