How's your summer ;) New school year is coming !!!

It has been 3 months, such a blast ! I still remember how excited I was when school ended on May. Lots of plans, lots of ideas I planned to do in my last summer - as being a high school student. However, nothing has been really done, and right now, I am sitting here, typing those lines, still can't not believe summer is nearly going to the end '_______"


Some of cool stuffs I have done

1/ Having a consolidation prize in a speaking contest held by Thanh Nien newspaper and an english language center - which gave me the chance to be 1 meter away from Miss World 07 Zhang Zi Lin. I also appearded in national television in some minutes, but I guess no one knew me or realised me then, didn't you ;))

2/ Staring my own English club. Haizz, first time ever I have ever run a club. It's surely not as easy as it sounds. We are in a crisis right now, but I belive that we are gonna change for good

3/ Attending VietAbroader Conference 2008. I met many cool people here ^^ Their experience, advice and stories were really helpful. I hope someday I could be one of them - to be an abroader and share my stories with younger students who want to study in the US.



Okay, basically that was it. My summer. How's about yours ? Is there anything exciting you want to tell ? Come and share with us :) And please don't be shy ( or something like that ). We come here to make friends and learn English by practicing ^^ ( Truly I think my English sucks and I need lots of advices from you guys )

My summer is nothing more than STUDYING!
Things are in fast motion to everybody, and to me, I have a senior year coming up. Which mean, the college exam is coming along. Don't ask me how I hate VNmese educating system. They stuff us up with a whole bunch of useless things.

But anyway, I'm figuring out ways to skip that exam. By studying TOEFL and applying to RMIT (not hoping for a scholarship though T___T).

Hey ppl in HN, there's a singing competition named Let's Get Loud (I'm sure some of you have heard of it) coming this October, who wanna try out?

@Mya: I skipped that university entrance exam too..^^...I got an IELTS certificate in March and I'm going to study in Sunderland U.

my summer is totally BORING:
wake up in the morning
have lunch ('cuz i usually wake up late so i skip the breakfast)
watch TV in the afternoon (which is kinda boring...)
have dinner
watch TV(again)
listen to(Archie) music lol
go to bed(at 12)

wake up in the morning...
...
and now ...
go to school
go to school
do lots of homework
...
OMG this timetable is FREAK ME OUT lol
cause now i realize i haven't enjoyed my summer yet!
(actually i haven't gone on any tour this summer)
OH I WANT MY SUMMER BACK!!!!!!!!!

Going back to school schedule tomorrow... No more summer... No more updating every day...
Anyway, still not giving up on planning to get Archie to VN. Go ME and EVERYBODY!!!

gezz, school started !!! I hate it ! Whenever I feel tired about high school, about all of the creepy sluts, bitches and bastards in school, I try to live myself up by reminding of this quote, hope it works for you guys too

Everything has been great so far ^_____^ Scores are okay :p Friends are still the same, some good, some amazing and some are real suckersss.

Anyways, I have got a 10 day culture exchange trip to Japan this December. So I will fly to Hanoi and stay there in 1 or 2 days. Hope to see all of you guys here :p
